Just 4 miles from Laurie. 1500 sq ft 4 Bedroom 2 Bath home with upper deck and lower Enclosed Porch. Furnished kitchen with new appliances. Master Bedroom with Bath and Queen Bed. Great for kids with plenty of room. Sleeper sofa and nice folding couch in our large Living Room. Boat Dock with swim deck. Boat Ramp next to house for ease of launching. Plenty of parking on flat lot with good water in NO-WAKE Cove. Close to many Restaurants, Bars and attractions on the water. Paved road to concrete / gravel drive.

Great stay

We have stayed at this house for many vacations now to the lake. We love the location and the size of the house. The house is close to all our favorite restaurants. Having the boat dock available for our boat is great. We love being able to walk out of the house and leave from the boat whenever we need to. We would definitely continue to return to the lake and wonderful rental house.

The house is very spacious and comfortable. We had a great 3 day weekend ! The beds were all very comfortable and the layout worked well for our family. There were 2 adults, 4 teenagers and our dog. Plenty of room for us all! Great cove for swimming or using the Lilly pad. I would give this house and location a 10/10

Home Away From Home

This is our second year staying here. We love this house and the location. It is in a quiet cove so the water is nice and calm for swimming off the dock. The house is equipped with everything you need. The onsite boat ramp and boat dock make things so convenient. We stayed with our adult children and there is plenty of space for everyone. We hope to be back next summer!

Ozark trip

Rex's place was absolutely perfect for us. We were in town fishing a bass tournament. We had 3 trucks and trailers and there was ample parking for our rigs. The convenience of the boat ramp on the property was very nice! Both a charcoal and gas grill on the property made our cooking super easy as well! Zero issues and would stay at Rex's property again when we come back!

We have stayed at this house multiple times. The house is in a great location to get to all our favorite restaurants. We love to travel with our dog and the house is very pet friendly. The neighbors are nice and the cove is very calm. The home owner is easy to talk to and is there to help with any concerns. Overall it is always a wonderful vacation, we absolutely love the lake and the area.

The lake house

The house was very clean and set up perfectly. We spent most of the time outside! The kids loved playing on the lily pad in the water. The boat launch was an added bonus as we brought our boat. The weather was hot but the water was great! Rex is very responsive when trying to reach him and very nice.! I would definitely recommend this house and hope to return. Rex’s lake house is great! Having the boat ramp was an AWSOME perk to the place. Not too steep to get in and out. The no wake cove made it excellent for the kids to swim off the dock.

Perfect family getaway

With family spread across Arizona, Texas, Oklahoma, Arkansas, and Missouri, it is hard for us to all get together. This house provided us the opportunity to do just that. Room for everyone, a dock and water toys for the kids, and memories to last a lifetime. We hope to return next summer!

Peaceful Getaway

House was absolutely great! We enjoyed our stay and will definitely be back. The house was clean and had everything we needed. We loved sitting outside in the mornings and enjoying our coffee. The dock was great and the on-site boat ramp was so convenient! We stayed with our older girls and we all had our own space. The cove was nice and peaceful with very little boat traffic so we enjoyed floating in the water by the dock.

Not what I expected- inaccurate photos and dirty

I don't like to complain, but I feel this is the only way for the next renter to know the truth about a place. First of all, the pictures are not accurate. The stairs from the upper deck are gone. The dining set was outside. The blinds for the upper sliding door were broken. Each picture showed a nice kept room/furniture, but we found trinkets and junk everywhere- no where to put our stuff. Every shelf and cabinet was full of stuff left from other renters. Especially during COVID- this should have been removed. It was not clean either. We brought our own cleaning supplies and I am glad I did. We wiped down all the hard surfaces and knobs. The bathroom towels smelled musty so I washed them as well. There is not a dishwasher. A spatula had egg on it. So we washed ALL the dishes before we used them- just in case. There were big black ants and many millipedes in the kitchen and bedrooms. The bunk bed room has a wooden bunk, much too large for the small room, and NO vent for A/C. My kids slept in the living room instead. I hate to complain, but after 7 years of renting in the Ozarks, this was by far our worst experience and just not what we expected based on the pictures. On a positive note, I texted Rex about no power to the dock and that the coffeepot was broken and he came that day with a new one and got the dock power fixed. The water is super calm since it is tucked away in a small tight cove, so it was great for swimming, but no view of any kind. It was nice to have our own boat access, too. The neighbors were nice- some lived there and some were renters. If you just want a place to party and crash, this might be for you. If you want a nice place to enjoy with family, you might want to keep looking.
