Villa vue mer et Oliviers

Our villa of 160m2, facing south, not overlooked, is located in the Grasse countryside, on an enclosed garden of 2400 m2 planted with oaks and olive trees, with an exceptional sea view. Various terraces await you, up to the swimming pool secured by an enclosed space placed under your supervision. Very quiet area, located 45 minutes by car from Nice-Côte d'Azur international airport, 35 minutes from Cannes, 3 minutes from the historic centre of Grasse and 2 minutes from the old hilltop village of Cabris.

Our house is presented in an original way because the living rooms are on the first level and the bedrooms, with the exception of one, are on the ground floor.
You will access the house by a dozen steps leading directly to the large living room of 50 m2 opening onto a large terrace of the same size with direct access to the garden. On the same floor, the independent kitchen completely renovated this year with also direct access to the terrace on which you can have your meals. Also on this level a first bedroom, air-conditioned, with its adjoining shower room.

On the ground floor you will find 3 bedrooms.
A first bedroom, the master bedroom, air-conditioned, has 2 beds in 90cm juxtaposed and has its own en-suite bathroom.
Two other bedrooms, one air-conditioned, the other with fans, share a third bathroom and a bed of 160 cm each (a double bed for one bedroom and two beds next to each other for the other bedroom).

We are a few minutes from the Claux Amic golf course, the nearby village of Cabris as well as the Cabris tennis club.
Located in the heart of the Grasse countryside, you can enjoy the beaches of the Côte d'Azur or swim in the pool while contemplating the sea. Unheated pool, deep, between 1.30m and 1.80m. It is preferable to know how to swim, although secured by two gates, it remains under your own responsibility.

Located a few minutes by car from the city centre of Grasse, you will visit the historic perfumeries that make our beautiful city its world famous in terms of perfume as evidenced by the famous jasmine festival at the beginning of August. You can also take a getaway to Italy 1h15 away by car.
The lush Mediterranean garden with olive trees, palm trees, jasmine, bougainvillea, oleanders, oaks, agapanthus, rose bushes in particular will intoxicate you with the multitude of its scents and colours. The particularity of our region makes its relief quite rugged; this is the case of the garden which consists of 3 levels with many stairs.

As the accommodation is located at an altitude of 500 metres, you can enjoy evenings that are much less scorching than by the sea; a little jumper may even be necessary on some evenings. The use of air conditioning is not always essential.

Finally, we have decorated our house with passion, in a heterogeneous way, with furniture or design objects but also family furniture, paintings, some of which have been painted by your host, all to create a unique atmosphere where everyone feels good. We hope that you will have as much fun spending your holidays with us as we have living there the rest of the year.
