Vila could money spent on it
Villa could do with money spent on it to make it up to date . Areas of the villa looked like it hadn’t it been cleaned. A lot of tiles had come off the inside of the pool.

Regular work and maintenance are made at the property. Here are some examples for 2022, before summer time: external painting, fence partially replaced, beds fully changed in two bedrooms (1 bed in 160cm per 200cm) and twin beds 90cm per 200cm which can be joined... Any problem, when reported to us or to our employee, is taken into consideration at once and treated as soon as possible. I personally communicate with guests during their stay to ensure everything is going well, and I am eager for any improvement suggestions. Housekeeping is made systematically each time guests leave and before the other guests arrive. Some tiles from the walls of the pool have fallen down, but not from the ground, which means that the pool can be used normally. Re-tiling those walls was scheduled in June, but because of the drought in the south east and measures to face this exceptional situation (still in application in October 2022) it was strictly forbidden to fill pools. Re-tiling will be made as soon as filling pools will be again authorized.

Amazing stay and great property

Lovely villa, huge family pool in great location
As a family of 8 and a dog we would like to thank Pascale for allowing us to spend a lovely couple of weeks at the villa. The villa itself boasts 4 good size bedrooms so plenty of space for all. The villa has a huge pool, we spent the majority of our holiday lazing/playing around the wonderful pool. Next to the pool is an even bigger pool house, that has an additional fully equipped kitchen, a big dining table, patio furniture and also a shower and wc, on arrival we thought this is a big space that wouldn't get used, but we were wrong... all our cooking, eating and entertaining revolved around this space. The pool is set in a massive garden that is fully enclosed and secure at every point as our King Charles Cavalier can agree with as she normally loves to find exits in gardens that no one knows exist and escaping to check out the local neighbourhood but she can confirm it is secure! The villa itself is lovely you could argue it needs a little modernisation in places but on the other hand it adds to the character of the place and I'm sure any changes would affect the price point of the villa which we believe is very good value considering the size and location. Mrs Bernier the housekeeper is lovely to deal with,, she welcomes you with a smile on arrival and with the use of Google translate as my pigeon french is rather poor... she assists you with anything you may need. Due to an electrical storm and lightening strike to the chimney on the villa the night before arrival we had a little more communication with the owner Pascale than travellers would normally have, but Pascale was lovely to deal with and dealt with all the fallout from this unfortunate occurrence with speed and efficiency and even gifted us with a hamper of local produce to apologise for any disruption that may have been caused. So overall a great 12 nights spent at the Villa and would definitely recommend for a large family looking for plenty of space, fantastic pool in a very convenient location to visit all the wonderful places along the South of France!!

A little piece of heaven !!
We have just returned from the most beautiful villa in Grasse, France. We where met by a lovely lady who only speaks French, but used her phone to translate what we said. After showing us around the villa she gave us her phone number should we require her during our stay as she lives 10mins away. The photos of the villa on Home and Away don't do it justice, and the pool is fantastic . As well as the villa there is a magnificent pool house which contains a fully equipped kitchen, shower room , toilet and lounge dining area. A car is highly recommended as the local shops are 5 - 10min away or a 20 - 30 min walk. The owner of the villa rang us on 3 occasions to check we were happy and all was well. Overall as a family we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will definitely be going back !!!!. We cannot praise this villa enough.

House is nice and very clean. Was surprised about additional cleaning fees and security deposit not listed but owner was nice and accommodating about them. Property can use some updating with Fans, couch (which is pealing, additional pillows and towels) I trust that the owner will make necessary adjustments. Beds were comfortable which is always a Plus. Properly was nice and large with nice pool and pool house. Quiet street and nice view which made the stay appreciable

We really enjoyed our stay, a great house for the family a good base to explore the local area We all enjoyed using the pool and table tennis every day Easy to visit the Verdun Gorge, Cannes and Monaco and of course the perfumiers in Grasse. So many things to see Pascale was really quick to respond to any queries and Mdme Bernier and her husband were a joy - I would recommend staying here

Lovely spacious villa in beautiful gardens in a good location.
We have spent an enjoyable week in this lovely villa, which has everything you need. It is really well situated in easy driving distance of Nice, Cannes and Monaco as well as many other smaller places to explore. There are plenty of supermarkets and bakeries near by along with plenty of places to eat The host was really helpful and always responded promptly to our messages, we were met at the villa by a lovely lady who showed us everything we needed to know and was on call if needed. A fantastic base for a great holiday - Thank you!

We had a great stay in a perfect house. Clean, everything at its place, nothing left to wish. Eine wunderbare Villa für 4x2 Personen, etwas abseits vom Stadtzentrum von Grasse auf einem gut gesicherten großen Grundstück mit reichlich Parkplatz in ruhiger Lage. Sehr sauber, alles da, sogar eine Waschmaschine und ein Trockner, Handtücher, Bettwäsche.... Und ein großer, gefliester und sauberer Pool samt großem Poolhaus, voll eingerichtet mit Küche und Bad. Der Bäcker ist 10 Laufminuten entfernt. Ein nicht alltägliches Erlebnis. Kommunikation auf Enlisch völlig problemlos. Sehr zu empfehlen und preiswert im wahraten Sinne des Wortes.

Wunderschöner Urlaub
Wir waren mit 2 Kindern und 2 großen Hunden für knapp 2 Wochen im Oktober hier im Ferienhaus. Wunderschönes Haus, toller Pool, sehr gepflegtes Grundstück. Ca. 10-15 Autominuten bis Cannes. Um die Ecke gibt es alles was man braucht (Einkaufen, Essen usw.) Die Kommunikation mit Vermieter/Gastgeber vorab und wärend des Aufenthalts war sehr gut via WhatsApp oder direkt (mit Übersetzungstools). Wir haben tolle Tipps für Aktivitäten mit den Kids bekommen. Für Oktober war das Wetter gut bis sehr gut, das Mittelmeer hatte noch über 20 Grad. Die Umgebung ist großartig, es gibt Sandstrände, Felsküste, schöne Städte und tolle Berge. In Cannes der Luxus, in Grasse Parfüm und eine wunderschöne Altstadt, Chateau Gourdon in den Bergen die beiden Inseln vor Cannes und das Marineland bei Antibes, für jeden und jedes Wetter etwas dabei. Alles perfekt!

Wunderschöner Urlaub in tollem Haus
Das Haus ist genau wie auf den Bildern zu sehen. Alles ist sehr großzügig, das Grundstück, das Haus, der Pool. Das Grundstück ist komplett umzäunt, so dass auch unser Vierbeiner nicht ständig unter Beobachtung bleiben musste. Das Haus liegt in einer sehr ruhigen Wohngegend, so dass es Tag und Nacht sehr ruhig ist. Das Haus ist komplett ausgestattet: Es gibt zwei komplett ausgestattete Küchen, so dass man seine Mahlzeiten je nach Wetter, Lust und Laune da zubereiten und essen kann, wo es gerade am schönsten ist. Zusätzlich wird auch noch ein Gasgrill zur Verfügung gestellt. Die Vermieterin kümmert sich sehr fürsorglich um ihre Gäste, wir kommen sehr gerne wieder! Vielen Dank für diesen schönen Urlaub.

Perfekter Aufenthalt
Die Villa ließ keine Wünsche offen. Sehr viel Platz im und um das Haus herum. Die Lage war für uns optimal - sehr ruhig gelegen, ideal für viele Ausflüge in das wunderschöne Umland und auch ans Meer. Auch wenn die Einrichtung etwas in die Jahre gekommen ist - es hat uns an nichts gefehlt und es war sehr sauber. Positiv ist auch anzumerken, dass die Fotos im Portal genau das abbilden, was man vorfindet. Die Kommunikation zur Vermieterin war äußerst freundlich, zuvorkommend, unkompliziert und ließ keine Fragen offen. Auch der Empfang vor Ort war sehr herzlich und angenehm. Das war im Ganzen ein wirklich schöner Urlaub in der Villa. Merci beaucoup!

Wir haben uns total wohlgefühlt!
Von Anfang bis Ende ein gelungener Urlaub in einem wunderschönen Haus. Von der Anmietung, bis zu der netten Begrüßung vor Ort an hat alles super geklappt und wir fühlten uns sehr gut betreut. Es war es für uns ein wunderschöner Herbsturlaub, der sich wie Sommer anfühlte, in einem sehr gepflegten und sauberen Haus. Das Gelände ist riesig und ein Traum. Der Pool Riesen groß, super gepflegt und auch wenn das Wasser entsprechend der Jahreszeit etwas kühler war, lud er doch alle zum Entspannen und zum Schwimmen ein. Die Gegend um Cannes ist echt empfehlenswert, wo es jeden Tag etwas neues zum Anschauen gibt. Insgesamt haben wir dort ein sehr schöne Zeit verbracht und kommen gerne wieder. :)

Heerlijke tuin met zwembad
2 weken geweest met familie. Heerlijke tuin met poolhouse en groot zwembad. Bakker en supermarkt op loopafstand. Stranden Cannes op 25 minuten autorijden. Naar St. Tropez, Fréjus. Monaco, Cannes en lac de St Cassien geweest. Verder rondom het huis gebleven. Aantal nieuwe bedden geplaatst in het huis. Dit lag prima. We hebben het naar ons zin gehad!!

Schöner Urlaub in guter Lage
Wir hatten eine wunderschöne Zeit in Grasse. Die Außenanlage und der Pool sind sehr schön. Der Ablauf der Buchung war perfekt, auch der Kontakt mit der Vermieterin. Allein die Einrichtung im Haus ist in die Jahre gekommen, daher nur 4 von 5 Sternen. Die Lage ermöglicht vielfältige Ausflüge in die Berge und ans Meer.

Belle propriété, beaucoup d'espace, piscine au top ainsi que le pool house. Electro ménager très bien ainsi que vaisselle en suffisance. Bonne literie. Les chambres méritent un bon rafraîchissement. Salles de bains et douche ok. Cette belle propriété meriterait d'être remise au goût du jour. Propriétaire et accueillant très sympa et disponible Excellent séjour.

Si le nombre de chambres correspond à l'annonce, il manque une précision concernant la 3me salle de bains ainsi que le 3me WC situés, eux, dans le pool house de la piscine. En hiver ou dans la nuit, il n'est pas évident de les utiliser. D'autant que l'eau et l'électricité étaient coupés dans le bâtiment lors de notre séjour. De plus, il manque de la vaisselle en adéquation avec le nombre d'occupants, pas de grands plats, pas de saladiers et du mobilier vieillissant. L'une des chambres située près de la chaufferie est particulièrement bruyante. D'autre part, bien que le ménage soit facturé, celui-ci laisse particulièrement à désirer. Fort déçue par cette location mais enchantée par la région de Grasse et la situation du logement ainsi que par sa vue

Il est indiqué dans l'annonce que la troisième salle de bains et le troisième WC se trouvent dans le pool house, à côté de la piscine, et que celui-ci n'est accessible qu'en saison. Pour un séjour fin décembre / début janvier, conformément à l'annonce, celui-ci est fermé, et l'eau et l'électricité sont coupés. La vaisselle (grandes assiettes, petites assiettes, assiettes creuses, couverts, verres, saladiers et plats, cuit-vapeur..) est en quantité suffisante pour le nombre d'occupants prévus, c'est-à-dire 8 adultes au maximum. Trois portes séparent la chaufferie des chambres au rez-de-chaussée: la porte de la chaufferie tapissée de mousse sur son pourtour, la porte du couloir, la porte des chambres. Le ménage est effectué systématiquement par notre employée à la fin de chaque location et avant l'arrivée de chaque nouveau locataire. Toute requête, ou problème, à condition d'être signalé à notre mandataire (qui habite à proximité de la villa) ou à nous-même, est traité dans les plus brefs délais.

Perfekter Familienurlaub!
Wir hatten mit 6 Personen ( 2 Erwachsene, 4 Kinder) einen wundervollen Urlaub in einem tollen Haus auf großem Grundstück und mit schönem Pool. Der Kontakt zu den Vermietern war unkompliziert und freundlich. Auch Mme Bernier war sehr hilfsbereit und sympathisch. Wir haben den Aufenthalt wirklich genossen und bedanken uns herzlich! Ein ruhig gelegenes großes Anwesen mit herrlichem Pool
Das große Wohnhaus verfügt über alles, was man im Urlaub benötigt. Die große Küche ist voll ausgestattet. Im Wohnbereich kann man richtig vom heißen Tag auschillen. Das Poolhaus ist mit einer weiteren Küche ausgestattet, die den Aufenthalt im Freien zum Vergnügen macht. Einige Reparaturen wären eigentlich erforderlich (die Schiebetüre des Poolhauses lässt sich nur schwer öffnen), aber der Sommerurlaub wird dardurch nicht wesentlich beeinträchtigt. Die Vermieterin und das Hausmeisterehepaar kümmern sich fürsorglich um die Gäste.

Villa agréable, spacieuse et avec tous les équipements nécessaires.
Bonne température de la piscine malgré que l'on soit venu au mois de Mai. Pool House très pratique avec tous les équipements, parfait pour les repas au bord de la piscine le midi et le soir. Terrasse parfaite pour prendre un petit déjeuner avec la brise du matin. Le cadre est très joli, avec des arbres magnifiques.
