The nearest boat launch is located 1 mile away at the intersection of Snug Harbor Rd and Hwy 431\. There is no boat house on property, but you can tie off your boat at our dock. The driveway down to the house is a little steep and there is no shoulder on the left side, so please drive with caution. If you prefer, you can park in the gravel parking area close to the road. There is room for 3-4 vehicles there and it's easier to turn around and get out. Relax and reconnect in the inviting living room, which showcases the home's modern-rustic charm. The space features a beautiful stone fireplace (for looks only. fireplace is not functional), a large TV, and comfortable seating with a plush leather sofa and chic armchairs.
