We booked this hotel for a one night stay because we had a late flight arriving. It was on the more affordable side compared to other hotels in the area, though it wasn’t the cheapest. The room matched the photos, and everything was decent overall. The building is older, which shows in some areas, but it was acceptable for a short stay. One highlight was the staff. The guy who checked us in was very friendly and gave us a great recommendation for a late night meal. He suggested Tacos El Gordo, which was about a half mile walk away and definitely worth it. Overall, we got what we paid for. The hotel wasn’t bad, but it just wasn’t the right fit for our preferences. While our stay was fine for one night, we wouldn’t choose to stay here again.

Enjoyed the stay. However, VIP status was very misleading - it said it includes a free drink per person. We got 2 bottles of water.

Perfect location in little Italy and steps away from the framers market. Staff is very friendly. Rooms can be a little small, but definitely recommend and very fairly priced.

The bathroom was very dirty, my 12 years old daughter didn’t even wanna have a shower in the bathroom. The basement/first floor rooms in Bay. Tower are terrible very old furnishing and the room smells terrible. The room advertising shows there should be a pull-up so far bad, however, it was not the case and we have two staying in a room with two double beds very small and uncomfortable for my kids. They also charge resource fee, which I was never told when I check in. It’s $44 per room per day and $20 for a third three years old kid to stay in the same room with parents. That’s absolutely insane. Honestly, this type of hotel and the Quarry of service shouldn’t exist in the city, such like San Diego. The hotel experience can easily destroy the whole traveling plan. We are talking about a $600 per night hotel and it’s literally worse than a Springhill hotel. You can find the next to the freeway. My whole family was very disappointed. This is my first time commenting Expedia, I wouldn’t do that if the experience wasn’t so bad like this. Book this hotel with cautious!
