This is the worst hotel I have ever stayed in! The way the rooms were assigned felt discriminatory. I strongly advise Asian travelers not to stay at this hotel. Please take this warning seriously—do not make the same mistake. Extremely disappointing! Évitez absolument cet établissement. L’attitude du personnel était déplorable et l’expérience globale a été vraiment catastrophique. C’est le pire hôtel dans lequel j’ai jamais séjourné ! What an amazing property and stay! The attention to detail was impeccable, and we really appreciated the effort for children. This is a perfect home base for hiking and visiting all villages in the Jungfrau region. Food is outstanding.

Room was very comfortable and clean with nice amenities but no fridge to store my meds in. I was fortunate that I had frozen water bottles so it was able to stay cold during my stay.

Hotel was very clean and staff were super nice and friendly. Breakfast was great too. The only downside was that hotel didn't have any fans and it got too hot during heat wave. Otherwise I would highly recommend.

"We drove and had a parking spot directly outside the front of the hotel. Upon arrival I asked if there was any upgrades to our original room which the hotel accommodated for a small fee. We was blessed with perfected weather and had an excellent view of the lake which made great memories"
