The Gresham is the perfect base to explore Dublin from. It's central location makes most attractions walkable with lots of bars, restaurants, and shopping within immediate proximity.
The (full) buffet breakfast was the best I have ever had at a European Hotel.

It's just a student accommodation thats been opened up for use during the summer.
It's a nice area. Felt very safe and has some food and shopping nearby. Probably a 20 minute walk from the station and city centre.
The accompdation was nice, modern and comfortable. Not as good as a traditional hotel and definitely not as quiet/sound proof. When people entered the building the door opening and closing was very loud.
They gave me 1 towel for a 4 night and said they'd charge me €5 for a clean towel. So from a hygienic point of view not good at all.
It's a cheap enough accommodation but wouldn't stay again. It did what I needed it to.

Check in was easy. My daughter and I arrived in Dublin early in the morning and had no issue accessing early check in. The room was clean, spacious and well equipped. The location was also great. Would definitely return.
