This was a new condo that was super clean and perfect for spending time. The kitchen had all the needed items for cooking, everything was clean, and the check in and out were so easy. I highly recommend staying here and will do so again when in the area.
Very well kept, spacious, clean condo with extremely comfortable beds. Checkin and communications could not have been better. It was also great to have a 2 stall garage for our car during our stay.
Got together to visit family in GR area. Condo was very nice, clean, modern and spacious. Close to freeways, stores and shopping. Close to local family. Would stay here again for sure.
Beautiful new property just outside of Grand Rapids. Many fun things to do around the community for family's with young children. Working with the property manager was seamless.
The condo is exactly as described. The layout was perfect for the 4 of us. The neighborhood is easy to access and is quiet. Very spacious and comfortable. We were all impressed and will stay there again on our next visit!
The condo was well portioned and supplied. I did have significant issues with the garage door but all in all we had a lovely time in this quiet suburban neighborhood.
The property is in a very nice community - neighbors were very quiet. The unit itself was very clean, and decorated so nicely! We were in town for a 3 day volleyball camp, so didn't do any cooking in the unit, other than to use the microwave and coffee maker, but I would have no qualms about cooking there. Everything is brand new. The beds were very, very comfortable!
I would definitely recommend this property - if we find ourselves in the area again, we would definitely stay here again.
Great clean, comfortable and quiet stay. Close to restaurants, stores and Urgent Care that was necessary when a family member became ill. Easy access to travel to sites in surrounding areas. We will stay there again when we come back to visit family.

Very comfortable stay at this condo. Close to everything including shopping & restaurants. Nicely appointed with everything you need for a lengthy stay including a garage! The outdoor patio needed some attention as well as some fixtures in the condo however we would still recommend this rental.
Very clean and well maintained. Everything was spotless. I was impressed. Garage parking was an excellent benefit. Downtown GR was 20 minutes away. Nice.
We stayed here because our daughter graduated from GVSU. It was a very nice place very clean and centrally located. A nice neighborhood and it even had laundry facilities. Would recommend.
Loved all the space and the garage was a plus. Bedrooms were great. Pullout sofa was not anything an adult could sleep on. We ended up going and buying a blowup mattress.
Property incredibly clean and spacious. We were only there 2 nights and wish we could have stayed longer. Had everything we needed and was happy to have the washer/dryer.
Check in was a little tricky with the door code so we ended up just using the garage door opener to get in and out. Would recommend this unit to anyone wanting to stay in the Grand Rapids area.

Everything was brand new and so so so wonderful! Moving is always extremely stressful, but stay at this place made it feel like we were on vacation! I was obsessed with the decor and furniture. Excellent communication with the owners! We would definitely recommend staying at this place! Thanks!
