The house is fully equipped, air conditioning in all rooms, washing machine, laundry machine, fridge, hoven, stove cooker, hood, solar system, not missing the small appliances, including coffee machine. The bedrooms are four: one on suite, two double rooms and one triple room, this last normally used to receive children. One of the rooms is on the ground level and the other on the upper floor. The bathrooms are three, fully equipped, with two showers and one bathtub (small hydromassage bath). In ground floor there's a large Livingroom, integrated with a multimedia room and a dining room separated by a large double front fireplace which brings a warm and cozy environment in the winter nights. In the multimedia room there's a 42 Smart TV, DVD, Cable TV with 140 channels, 300W sound system with connection to IPOD, IPHONE or ANDROID trough 3.5mm jack, Bluetooth or USB. In the exterior, you can find a meal space and a social area, besides a small salt water pool. There´s wireless web access in all the house and exterior, with 24 MB download speed. Bed linen and towels are included in the price. We provide cleaning in the middle of the week (other options available for additional fee). We have 6 bikes, so you can enjoy even more, knowing the most hidden and inaccessible places, riding at sunset, or simply going to the beach in a fun and healthy way. \_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_ (PORTUGUESE) Casa do Carvalhal is a new house, completed at the beginning of 2015 and decorated in a modern style with bright colors, highlighted by large windows that allow abundant light to enter. The house is fully equipped, with air conditioning in all divisions, with dishwasher, clothes, fridge, oven, induction hob, extractor fan, solar heated water, and all the small and useful appliances including coffee machine. The rooms are four: one suite, two double and one triple, the latter usually used for children. One of the four is on the ground floor while the others are on the first floor. There are three bathrooms, fully equipped, with two shower and a whirlpool. On the ground floor there is a large living room, integrated with a multimedia room, the dining room in its continuation, only separated by a large double-sided fireplace / stove that in winter evenings brings a warm and cozy atmosphere. In the multimedia room there is a 42 inch Smart TV, DVD, 140 channel cable TV and 300W stereo system with the possibility of connecting to IPOD, IPHONE or any ANDROID system, through 3.5mm Jack, Bluetooth or USB. . Outside you will find a dining and leisure and social space, as well as a small saltwater pool. There is internet throughout the house and outdoor spaces, with a download speed of 24MB. All bed linen and towels are included in the price. We provide mid-week maid service (other options available at an additional cost). Sus amplios espacios, tanto en el salón, zona de estar y comedor como en los dormitorios, así como su gran capacidad de almacenamiento, nos han permitido disfrutar plenamente de nuestra estancia. La disponibilidad de una piscina para refrescarnos y nadar a lo largo del día ha sido una ventaja adicional. Además, el aire acondicionado en todas las habitaciones con mando a distancia nos ha permitido regular la temperatura según nuestras preferencias, especialmente durante la noche. La posibilidad de aparcar dos coches en la zona de aparcamiento de la casa, accesible mediante un portón con mando a distancia, también ha sido muy conveniente. Si bien la playa se encuentra a menos de cinco minutos en coche por una buena carretera, la distancia a pie es considerable. Un buen alojamiento para disfrutar de tus vacaciones. La récupération des clés super pratique. Surtout si on arrive tard . Comptez 1h 40 de route de l'aéroport de Lisbonne. La maison était propre . Mais aurait mérité une bonne aération avant notre arrivée. Elle est bien équipée. Linge de lit ,de toilette, de plage. Pastille vaiselle et liquide lave linge . Papier wc . Savon pour les mains. Jeu de sociétés etc Piscine fraiche mais en avril c'est normal. Terrasse agréable ,équipé dun barbecue, salon de jardin , petit coin sympa apéro ou coin tranquille . Grande Table pour manger à l'ombre. Ne comptez pas trop sur les vélos, quel dommage... Soit leur entretien ou leur utilisation n’ont pas été correcte. La plage est à 3 km environ 30 minutes à pied et il y a des trottoirs tout le long. 5 minutes en voiture . Parking intérieur avec porte automatique. Jolie Villa dans lotissement . Bruits des animaux la nuit . Il y a des petites supérettes mais pas de grand magasins à moins de 30 minutes . Prévoir les courses en une seule fois ou à chaque excursions . On a passé un bon séjour. It’s only a 5 min car ride to the beach nearby. A supermarket and a few restaurants are within walking distance. The house is really great and spacious, we enjoyed the 3 bathroom and 5 bedroom. And a quiet afternoon by the pool. The house is around 10 mins from the center of Comporta and 5 mins away from the beach. Clean and easy to check-in and check out. Thank you so much Francisco, our stay was perfect. ##### Joanna D.
