Sleeps 6, up to 8 guests. You can walk to the catamaran, supermarket, shops, and marina. The beach is a 15-minute walk. Close to golf courses.



Use of the jacuzzi is available for an extra fee. There is no pool.



The space

Detached house with two private parking spaces, garden, and lake view, located 450 meters from the boardwalks to the beach. The property is 150 m², has two bedrooms plus a living room, and one bathroom. Features air conditioning, Wi-Fi, a fully equipped private kitchen, and a dedicated workspace. One pet is allowed on request.



Access to the sun deck with jacuzzi is available for an extra fee and must be requested in advance to be prepared before your arrival.



Guest access

There is a shared garden, two bicycles, and a stand-up paddle board.



Other information

Bed linen and towels are changed every seven days by our local assistant. No beach towels are provided, but they can be rented and must be returned at the end of your stay. Please note that events are not allowed on the property.
