### In Troia, 2-room apartment, just a 3-minute walk from the beach

On the Troia peninsula, rental of a fully equipped vacation apartment (TV, WiFi...) with 2 bedrooms in a small gated condominium. A fifth bed for a child is available.  
With air conditioning and a huge terrace.  
With washing machine and dishwasher.  
  
The residence has a swimming pool and is located just a 3-minute walk from one of the longest sandy beaches on the Atlantic coast and 12 km away from the village of Comporta.  
Free parking.  
A final cleaning fee of €100 will be added to the stated accommodation prices.
