The staff were pleasant and friendly. Our room was clean and comfortable; really enjoyed having our own little balcony. We took full advantage of having a kitchen.
I had a relaxing and enjoyable stay at Misty Mountain Inn and Suites. The customer service was lovely — warm and welcoming from start to finish. My room was clean and comfortable, with a nice tub and a convenient kitchenette where I was able to make dinner. The views were absolutely gorgeous, adding to the peaceful vibe of the whole place. I’d definitely go back!
Clean comfortable room.
For those with mobility challenge, there were half flight of stairs then there is elevator for upper floors
(Maybe there is another elevator to ground but I didn't see it)
Staff were prompt and friendly.
We arrived after the office closed at 10pm but self check in was easy.
Would stay again.
The property is easy to find. It is clean and well maintained. Our room was clean with two bedrooms , a bathroom a kitchen and living room.
The price is very reasonable which is nice for a change 😊
The place was quiet and I would recommend it to everyone.
Other than needing some new bedding and window coverings the room was clean and comfortable. It was advertised that breakfast was included but that was not the case; only coffee or tea were available.
Staff as extremely friendly and well organized at check-in.
If you are looking for a safe place to stay, especially as a woman or parent traveling with children — do NOT stay here.
I was laying in the living room wide awake when I heard the unmistakable click of a hotel room lock being scanned. The door slowly started opening, and at first I thought it was my son trying to sneak up on me. Instead, it was a random man peeking into my room. We made eye contact and he immediately shut the door.
I called the front desk shaken and scared. Their response? “It was probably housekeeping.” No knock. No announcement. No apology.
A few minutes later, I came out of the bathroom to find another man STANDING INSIDE my room telling me I “should have been checked out.” It was 9:00 in the morning.
I called the front desk again and explained that I was alone in the room and frightened that strange men were repeatedly entering without permission. The situation was brushed off like it was no big deal.
We spend around 40 nights a year in hotels and I have NEVER experienced anything this unsafe or unprofessional before.
