"Very outdated Washer/dryer had sign to not use Toilet was really low Queen/full size mattress on a double/single box spring so the mattress flopped on each sideHorrible smell/stench like its not being cleaned Misc stuff on top of fridge to include an old leftover pizza box with old pizza inside!!!Ajax dish soap container was halfway filled with water Lamp with multiple lights with only one light bulbLots Cob websJust made our trip so uncomfortable First and last time I will use a house rental"

"Check-in couldn’t have been easier; we got our instructions well ahead of our stay. We had everything we needed to make a stay in supper and breakfast. The location is in the country and the view from the house is more beautiful than the photos. There was a pheasant on the back patio, water birds overhead, and a covey of quail in the front yard. Clean up and departure was a cinch. We were travelling through, but this home would be a great base for a family stay. "

"Clean & comfortable with all basic amenities needed. There was some confusion with host re dates I’d be there but he accommodated me. I did not receive final instructions re door code & checkout, but host was easy to communicate with. My main complaint is it was not made clear that this is the middle unit of a triplex. Thankfully it was not a problem."
