Downstairs, enjoy the new porch, a back deck with a gas grill and outdoor dining table, and a spacious living room with a queen sleeper sofa and cozy gas fireplace—perfect for cooler evenings. Upstairs, the primary suite features a king-size bed, en suite bath with a tub/shower combo, and a private screened balcony overlooking the water.
