This nautical one bedroom condo with an electric fireplace includes a balcony off the living room and a bedroom overlooking the harbor. This condo is equipped with two flat screen TVs, a full kitchen and bath, a king size bed, and a pull out sofa. THIS IS A NON-SMOKING unit. This unit is pet friendly. Located within walking distance to one of two outdoor pools and indoor pool, a playground, and tennis courts!
Handicap rails are available in the restroom & tub & porch rails.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We saw quite a bit of rain for our second visit in a row. The result is next time we will try to make plans 7 - 10 days out so to guarantee better weather. The condo was in good condition and we made the most of our visit. No regrets!
