  • Conveniently located near the heart of downtown Grand Rivers. Close to all the attractions this charming town and the beautiful lakes have to offer. It's the perfect getaway for any traveler. Whether you’re a solo adventurer, a couple looking for a romantic getaway, enjoy fishing, boating or hiking, there is something for everyone.

    The perfect place to relax and unwind. Inside, the natural wood accents throughout, infuse a cozy warmth into the "cabin feel" atmosphere.
    This condo offers a large bedroom, equipped with two queen-size beds, dressed with linens and a full-size bathroom, complete with towels and complimentary toiletries. The fully stocked kitchen has a well-equipped coffee bar to kickstart your morning and provides all the amenities needed to prepare hearty meals or delightful vacation snacks with ease and pleasure. TV’s are located in the bedroom and living room, complimentary Wi-Fi is provided. There is also a large deck and firepit area to enjoy outside.

    There is ground level access to the unit as well as a stair entrance from the guest parking area.

    The large parking lot can accommodate most boat trailers. Electric is available for use at the boat parking area

The inside has a true “cabin” feel. Very clean! Well stocked. Beds very comfortable. Property is close to lots of good attractions. Short 30+ minute drive to lots of other neat places. Highly recommend.

Went for a weekend getaway just the wife and I. Location is within 5 mins of everything we needed. Patti’s, Tap House Barkley Dam boat ramp all recommended. Had room to park our 21’ boat. Our bedroom was close to the road but it wasn’t loud. Very enjoyable.

Came down to visit some areas from my childhood. The cabin was amazing. Very clean. Extremely well stocked. Located close to everything we wanted. Plenty of parking for our truck and boat. Such a cute cabin!

There was my best friend and myself, a baby, 11 and 12 year old and this was the perfect spot for a girls trip! Central to the town, shopping, swimming and everything we wanted to do. I would absolutely book this cabin again. The kids wanted to live there. The marina pictured isn’t far from the cabin, the view is of the surrounding homes and school but so cozy! The only downside is we couldn’t stay longer.

Wow!!! Perfect place to stay very clean well stocked!! Fire pit was cozy and well enjoyed Coffee hot chocolate tea plenty of towel wash clothes extra blankets never needed to call host it is already there Lost power Sunday night but we had our cell phones and a few hours later all was restored I loved it here just perfect and close to all that we wanted to do if I could give more stars it’s a 10! I’ll be back !
