Great location with a fabulous view. So convenient for our Toronto adventure and just steps away from Massey Hall. Host interactions were smooth and communications were supportive and helpful. Will be looking forward to another stay down the road.

Booking and check-in were easy.
Apartment was correct.
Impossible to speak with a person on the phone during my stay. Communication was poor by email and text messaging.
NO WORKING INTERNET for the entire stay.

Everything was good except for the communication… it was really hard to reach the host.
The check-in process was frustrating and lacked enough information. It was a self check-in, but I didn’t know that I had to pay a deposit in advance and provide proof of ID before checking in. I contacted the host, and my family had to wait over 30 minutes for a response.
