Quiet hours are 9p - 8 am.... please be respectful of our neighbors. No loud music, unruly behavior. Please do not smoke inside. Absolutely, no parties, please. The property has everything you need for a comfortable stay. If staying for 21+ days a starter pack of common supplies will be provided. If staying for longer than 21 days the cost of electricity used during your stay will be charged. The average charge is $1.50 to $2.50 a day depending on your use. October - March an additional $75 a month will be charged to cover the gas bill for heat (prorated if not a whole month).
