My neighbors are quiet and friendly working professionals. The apartment is in a residential area, just blocks from all the exciting treasures that downtown Grand Rapids has to offer... museums, festivals, fireworks, sporting events (and its Beer City designation) have brought in visitors from around the world. Uber, Lyft, Lime E-Bikes and E-Scooters, public transit Additional info and a few House Rules • The towels and washcloths are in the bedroom closet. • For stays longer than 1 week, please let me know if you will need any cleanings during your stay. :) • Please do not wear your shoes in the house. This is the lower unit and you can plainly hear all the walking and floor squeaking from above unit at all hours. This unit was very clean and updated but is a oldet home. We both worked from this space and there was plenty in room at the table for both of us to work. We both used our hotspots on our phones to work because the wifi wasn’t the strongest for the two of us, but we didn’t mind.
