Well I checked in on Sunday an didn’t get towels until Thursday. The staff was mean, also the employee that wouldn’t get me towels. Also told me I was not aloud to extend my stay a they didn’t want me there. Then come to find out he’s manager. If you’d like to spend your money on a hotel that treats you right don’t go here. Outta state for work. Also had a buddy stay there too. His heat an tv didn’t work . Staff didn’t care also took him four days to get a new room. Terrible terrible terrible !! Sorry this is a lot. Also the area it is in is questionable

I chose this place because of the price, the pool, and that it's close to downtown. The pool was cold, and the hot tube was closed, so we didn't enjoyed that part. When I needed ice, I had to look into the entire building, because none of the ice machines was working, well, just one. One I was doing that, I killed a couple cockroaches in the hallways. The elevator is small and from time to time you can find it either wet, or weed smell. I don't think I will be back here.

Horrible. From the room to the service. Had to plug in the mini frig. Tv not programmed. Staff member never showed up to fix. Phone did not work. The best was they said our room was standard and would not move us unless there was a malfunction in the room. Run/shower has rust on it. Sink did not have the drain cap on it. The only thing I can good about the place is it had free parking and the air conditioner worked😡

This is a sketchy hotel. Needed a place to spend the night and me being cheap decided on this one. Should have spent the extra $20 Walls are thin. I can hear conversations in the next room crystal clear Rooms smells like someone smoked in , and they didn’t even try to cover up the smell A few good things Front desk is friendly Bed was actually comfortable

Pictures online were deceiving. Room was not super clean, there were random pieces of tape on the wall, the wall behind toilet wasn't clean, it just wasn't great. Toilet not seated properly, so it rocked, no fan in bathroom so everything gets wet when you shower. Hot tub didn't work in the hotel, and breakfast was only 6-9 (which may be normal, but I've had it run til 10 elsewhere, that's way better) Parking lot was dirty. Staff was nice, and polite.

Staff at the front desk were very friendly & polite. The property itself was dirty. Our room had burn holes in the carpet, smoke detector was ripped off the wall, floor/furniture were very dirty and looked like it hadn’t been cleaned at all. Very run down place, you get what you pay for.

When we got into our room we found the following things... 1. The bathroom sink would not drain. 2 the carpet has A LOT of stains on it. 3 the walls had marker and ink pen on every wall! I'm talking florescent green either marker or paint 4 when we left this morning we found multiple ants in the room! And 5. When my daughter went in to take a shower, it looked like dirt actually came out of the faucet before the water. The do have a "breakfast" if you want to call it that. It consisted of Bagels with cream cheese, peanut butter and jelly, hard boiled eggs, and cereal. Which I get isn't that bad but it is definitely advertised as more.. I guess you get what you pay for.. Will we stay here again? DEFINITELY NOT!

Their system was down and we couldn't even check in. Was denying everyones card and the workers were rude and made it seem like the guest were the issues. I would NEVER book again. We ended up leaving, was never offered anything for THEIR ISSUE

I ended up leaving after an hour. The entire hotel from top to bottom was filthy. There was a used q-tip in the elevator, stains on the tile in the lobby. The room I was in was much of the same with hair in the towels and even in the mini-fridge. I left and got a different hotel because of how worried I was over something like there being bed bugs. Would not recommend this hotel, you're better off getting some place a little more expensive in the Grandville area.

This was probably the grossest hotel I've ever been in. The room was filthy, the halls smelled like cat pee and marijuana, and the pool was broken and moldy. The staff were helpful enough to refund us before we left. I had no confidence that the room was free from bugs, as ever the beds were unclean.

When we got off the elevator to our floor that was a horrible smell. It was there every single time we went to our floor. The room itself didn’t smell horrible, but the bathroom was run down. The toilet seat was coming off and the tub was clogged so bad that when we showered we ended up standing in water up to our shins. The people who checked out in front of had the same issues so it wasn’t like we got a bad room. The vent in the bathroom was very dirty and the carpet had gunk stuck in it. We also chose this hotel for the pool and hot tub which ended up being closed the whole time we were there. We booked through Expedia and then got to the hotel and they charged me another $50 for a cleaning fee. Why am I paying a cleaning fee when you are clearly doing the bare minimum. Would not recommend that places. It’s a days inn/baymont combo. Avoid both in that area if you are looking.

We got to the hotel and it was not maintained and unkempt. The rooms looked dirty, dingy, and the population hanging out were concerning. We did not stay and they refused to return my money. Be very weary

no sign on the building, my husband had to drive around to find it. not up to standards of a $90 stay, more like $60. Toilet seat was coming off, toilet paper dispensers were loose, the desk and chair were near collapse. Breakfast food was stale and not great quality. will never stay there again. the drapes were hanging off broken rod and light came in all night. room was clean and bed comfortable but that's the only positive. room was repainted but not professionally

This is not the place to get away . This is the place you stay when you are desperate. The hot tub didn’t work. They were rude at the desk . Police in the parking lot with dealing with prostitution and domestic violence.
