Cleanliness was okay. Not hot tub, and you’re lucky if you get a slice of bread to make toast in the morning. No coffee or juice, the only thing to drink for the “breakfast” was a half used gallon of milk.. very displeased with the guest satisfaction here. Spend the few extra dollars to book a better room!

Very noisy and hardly anything available at Breakfast at 8am. Staff is hardly at the desk. And the manager is really young and not correctly thinking thru decisions. There needs to be quiet hours where housekeepers do not knock on doors of third shift workers. Eben though yes i have a do not disturb sign up they are still banging on my door and up and down the hall's. If you want breakfast you have to get there before they put it out at 7am because people take everything and they do not replenish the supplies. New upgrades to rooms are a little helpful. Overall not worth the money based off of multiple nights staying. Booked through Expedia and also booked through the hotel directly. Beware.

It was a solid place to stay with a pool and workout room. Bed a little soft and some noise from highway. Fridge, microwave fine, breakfast weak.

The gentleman at the desk was very helpful and kind. Room was very nice. Breakfast very limited, but they are going through renovation and that may cause them to be limited to what they can prepare right now. Can’t complain…the price through Expedia was amazing for a suite

Its clean, but dated. Beds are old. For the price and if only staying a night or two its not bad. However if the power goes out they dont have a generator so its pitch black.

Have stayed in many different states, many different hotels. This was one we just wanted to be able to sleep at, maybe have my daughter use the pool… DONT STAY HERE IF YOU WANT TO SLEEP!! Hotel staff let the children run wild, staff (the assistant manager that checked me in was great) was terrible, my key cards would only work once. Got locked out each time I left the room. She said it was me putting them next to my phone which I made sure NOT to do as it’s not fun getting locked out. Stayed in room 202, third floor sounded like elephants jumping (I have kids too but not cool after 9)… the kids had the pool room soaked, no towels and the kids were unsupervised and had pool noodles spraying water everywhere…. Didn’t use pool, just tried to sleep. Won’t stay here again. Ever… if I didn’t have to stay for a clinic tomorrow I would be out of here!

Staff not friendly at all seemed bothered with guests. The pool never had any towels and there were always minors unattended for hours that the staff did nothing about. The kids were playing with the life saving board and ring and destroying pool noodles. The TV never worked as they have direct tv and the doesn’t work in snow in Michigan. The room keys stopped working daily and I would need to continue to get new keys made (yes I kept away from my cell phone). They need to upgrade where your phone can be used as a key. Vending machine was broke on my floor. House keeping came and “cleaned” didn’t leave any toilet paper, towels, or bath amenities which should be checked. I left for half a day and came back to find the hotel staff had shut off my keys and given my room to another guest even tho I had 2 more nights booked and paid for??!? Then she “kicked “ the lady out of my room and told me I could have it but it wasn’t cleaned after a stranger was in my room and then she told me I needed to use the same key this stranger had because she couldn’t get me another made? Highly sketch I think it was the lady’s friend she was trying to give a free room to thinking I checked out early. Never going back and contacting corporate as this was the worst hotel experience I ever had.
