"We needed to book a hotel for my grandson’s wrestling tournament. I specifically searched for a hotel with a hot tub since I was looking forward to a little R&R myself. This was the ONLY one I could find with a hot tub. It cost about $40 more than all the other local hotels but I was ok with that since they had a hot tub. Upon checking in they told us it was BROKEN 😳 I definitely would have booked a hotel at one of the cheaper hotels had I known. I felt a discount of some sort was in order but since I booked it through hotels.com they said I’d need to take it up with them. Which I did and received a voucher for $50 off my next booking. The staff was nice and the room was adequate and the breakfast was good. The pool was nice and which was a consolation to having no hot tub. My only complaint was the broken hut tub. "
