"Rooms were not clean. Toilet was loose. The tub was higher than “normal“ and had no hand rails for safety. Room windows hadn’t been washed in quite some time. Hallway carpets were dirty, badly worn and ripped in places. The hallway windows were full of dead bugs and the windows were dirty as well. ..."

"The room was filthy and in ill repair. The window was broken so not able to have open, holes in the walls, crooked doors and broken furniture. We slept? In our clothes on top of the bed because we didn’t want to even find out what the bedding was like. Power strips for electricity, Filthy carpet ..."
