Lutsen Log Lodge! Ski, Hike, Swim & Bike, stay 3 for 2 through May

Who would not fall in love with this cozy alpine style cabin fullyj furnished, with open floor plan, vaulted ceilings, gas fireplace and hot tub in master bedroom with views of Lake Superior and the Moose Mountain slopes.
The main level spacious floor plan allows everyone to be together, reading book by the fireplace, playing games, cooking, celebrating!
Our property is located within minutes walk to Lutsen Mountains which offer the best Midwest skiing, Superior National Golf Course, with 27 holes and breathtaking Lake Superior views. North Shore Winery and Brew House are just across the Lodge Lane. The newest section of the Gitchi-Gami State trail is just a 1/4 of a mile down the Ski Hill Road, providing miles of cycling terrain. Miles of hiking, snowmobiling and mountain biking trails are accessible from our back yard!
The proximity to Lutsen Mountains and Lutsen down town gives you convenient and easy access to the slopes, local restaurants, Fika Coffee, bars and shops. The three season screened porch will make the North Woods summer evenings enjoyable looking at the camp fire in our back yard.

We loved this house. Well situated to hiking, the lake, Grand Marais. It was very clean, well stocked and had comfortable furniture. It was quiet and had beautiful woods around. We really enjoyed the Lutsen Winery right next door. Definitely would stay here again.

Everything about this place exceeded our expectations. You won’t find a cleaner or more comfortable cabin. The owner’s attention to detail is easy to see. We celebrated a family Christmas and it was picturesque, including a beautiful light snowfall followed by sparkling views of Lake Superior.

Best North Shore stay yet

We’ve spent a lot of time on the north shore over the years and this was the nicest and best stay yet. Really spacious and comfortable and was a perfect home base for my husband and my’s wedding week. You also can’t beat the location in Lutsen. There is only one double bed and the rest are singles, so this would limit the kind of party if it was a larger group. Overall would recommend.

3 night getaway

We immediately felt welcomed the minute we walked in. Great hosting touches including a bottle of wine from the nearby North Shore winery to frosted beer mugs in the freezer. The kitchen was well stocked with many everyday items you need. Comfortable beds and a very clean home. The fire pit out back was awesome. Thanks for all the extra touches.

Stylish Upscale Retreat on the North Shore

My family of four and I had a wonderful break staying at the Lutsen Log Lodge. The home is large enough for a large family or a family with some friends along. The neighborhood is quiet with walking trails nearby and a short drive from great skiing at Lutsen Mountains. The property is immaculate yet still cozy and comfortable. We particularly enjoyed the gas fireplace, jacuzzi tub, and capable kitchen. Our hosts maintained contact before and at the start of our stay. We would certainly stay here again when visiting the North Shore.

Wonderful

First visit ever to this part of the country and we were amazed at how beautiful it is. Cabin was perfect and we appreciated a few spices and plastic wrap, etc. The bed was super comfortable which was a big deal after hiking all day. Peaceful porch to have coffee or a glass of wine/ beer. We would have stayed longer and we’d return again. (The Northern Lights -checked off a bucket list item within 10 minutes of the cabin). Cozy Cabin includes everything you need

This cabin has it all. Location, well stocked, fire pit, lots of games, comfy beds, nice towels... I could go on and on. My only caution is the beautiful upstairs bed. It's wooden posts love to hit your knees. We propped up a couple pillows to protect us. Diana was kind and quick in her replies to our questions. We're hoping to be back soon. Thanks!

Absolutely Amazing Time

This was the second time we (4 adults and 2 kids) have stayed at Diana's cabin, and it was just as good as the first time. Check in was a breeze and communication with Diana was prompt and professional. The cabin was well stocked with everything we needed from plenty of pots/pans in the kitchen to a lot of towels in both bathrooms. Diana added extra treats like pure maple syrup, pancake mix, chocolate bars and a very good bottle of wine from the North Shore Winery just up the road. All beds were comfortable and everyone had plenty of space in the cabin. If they didn't, they could go out on the deck or in the screen porch which many games of Yahtzee took place. Thank you again Diana. We had an amazing time!!
