Close to GM AND Lutsen. 16 acres of north woods is the perfect backdrop for your Grand Marais/Lutsen adventure. Follow the winding drive ‘Into The Woods’ to this idyllic and extremely private retreat nestled along Cut Face Creek. Completely renovated with a modern Scandinavian vibe that makes it easy to unwind and tough to leave. Perfect for a romantic weekend for two, or a relaxing getaway with family or friends. Into the Woods is extremely centrally located: \- 1 mile north of Lake Superior (you can see the lake from the driveway - it's that close!) \- 3 miles to Cascade River State Park \- Less than 10 minutes to downtown Grand Marais. In fact the cabin is off of County Road 7 which is the main artery right into town (also very bikeable!). It was decorated beautifully but most importantly it was functional and comfortable. The beds and bedding were comfortable. The outside amenities were fantastic. We enjoyed the wood firepit but also appreciated the gas firepit on the deck. The kitchen was stocked with everything you may need. Danielle's welcome and communication was wonderful.
