Stayed here for a short honeymoon and my favorite part was the lake view and hot tub! The fireplace was so cozy on a chilly rainy night. Also, the pool room was empty when we used it so that was awesome.
Check-in process took longer than I would've liked. Room was very nice, the only issue was the coffee pot was not cleaned out. Resort was nice, especially enjoyed the Coho Café. We also used the indoor hot tub, which was nice but had to search for the switch to make it run, as it was not next to the hot tub. Also, getting ice was a walk, and not in the building. Overall we liked the resort and would stay again.
Very clean and comfortable room. Desk staff at check in indicated that we call the Bluefin Grill to make reservations. Called several times but no one answered. Called the desk and desk staff made reservations for us. Food was excellent. Very loud neighbors at 4:30 a.m. kept slamming their door. Lost some sleep because of that situation. Would certainly visit again.
The staff were great. We had a problem at check-in and the staff was tremendously helpful in getting everything straightened out - and they did it with a smile!
Have stayed here multiple times, always a great experience - the pools are fantastic, rooms are comfy, and things stay relatively quiet. Love the lake views, and the lake walk is fantastic! We often bring our dog, and the property is always pet-ready including stations with dog bags.
Staff was incredibly friendly. Not just a smile on their face, but did really seem like it was a joy to serve. Lots of positives about the resort and our stay (beautiful view, outdoor hot tub, restaurant) but staffing stands out above the rest. Very good experience.
Great view of the lake, resort provides the fire wood for in the room fireplace, salt crystals for the hot tub, great quality towels and kitchen wares. Very nice and friendly staff.
The staff was incredibly friendly, helpful, and welcoming throughout our stay. The room, pool, and playground area were all very clean, well-maintained, and clearly cared for.
We were also pleasantly surprised when the staff honored one of their special offers two weeks before our trip, allowing us to enjoy an extra night at no additional cost. Their customer service truly went above and beyond.
Be sure to check out their nightly specials and promotions—they can add even more value to your stay. Overall, a wonderful experience. 10/10 would recommend!
The pool was unfortunately out of order, so the in room jetted tub was nice. You can beat the lake view rooms, however you are not on a side to access the water directly (no beach). We only stayed for a night, but wished we had taken advantage of one of their spring deals & stayed longer!
