This property is amazing! We were in town for a family event and it was the perfect place to relax and unwind between activities! It has all the amenities for a comfortable, modern, peaceful stay.

The host is amazing, and the property was perfect for our two families. I would highly recommend this property and host for a short or long-term stay in Grand Forks. The neighborhood was quiet, and we loved the hot tub and all the space in the house. We had a perfect weekend!

Host was very welcoming and communicated all instructions clearly. Space was fantastic, the photos did not do it justice. Large living room up stairs AND downstairs, plenty of space to spread out. Hot tub was brand new and worked flawlessly. Would certainly book with this host again.

Excellent house in GF. The photos don’t do it justice! Very modern. Clean. Tasteful decor. Well stocked. Tons of space with downstairs family room. Excellent communication from owner. Highly recommend this great house!
