Michelle at the front desk was fantastic - we were able to check in early, the room was spacious and had everything we needed. Great location close to shopping, and the hallways were quiet overnight. Didnt have a chance to swim but the pool looked very inviting - we'll definitely be back!

The hotel is a total dump. Really needs a full Reno. There were holes and cracks everywhere in the walls, wallpaper peeling on walls and ceiling and patches cut out and replaced, everything was old and damaged. The shower head had clearly not been cleaned in ages or ever. Bed was not comfortable. TV was tiny. You could hear everything from other rooms and hallway. The people above us had kids running up and down the halls until midnight. We did not eat at the breakfast as the kitchen was filthy when we checked in around 5PM - nothing had been cleaned. Just overall dirty and gross. The price is totally absurd for such a dump. Would not recommend staying here. The only positive was the proximity to shopping.

Liked the staff. Room was clean. One wall light fixture didn't work even with a new bulb. Couldn't open the windows for air. Maybe for safety reasons, but can't use it as a fire escape. Bathtub faucet is dripping a lot, told front desk about faucet and light fixture. Metal door trim in bathroom is rusty.

Our bath tub was very stained and outdated. We told them we had 3 people. No sheets, blankets or extra pillows for the pull out couch.

We had to check out right after we checked in because the smell of smoking is very strong inside the room and hotel. We had to find another hotel. I would like a full refund ( return back the points used).
