This space is ideal for holidays, business travelers, and students attending UND or Northland Community College. Unwind in a quiet and private setting, saving money compared to staying in a small hotel room or sublet. Within walking distance, you'll find a variety of restaurants and pubs, offering convenience and dining options. Grand Forks awaits as the perfect retreat for you. Enjoy the convenience of free WiFi during your stay.   
  
Located within a tranquil triplex, Arhaus 2 is situated on the second floor, offering privacy and a serene atmosphere. All utilities are included, and there is ample parking available, with space for two cars at the back of the house and two on the driveway side. On-street parking is also available if needed; however, be mindful that street cleaning day is usually on Wednesday- do not park there, you will be ticketed.

Despite being situated in a tranquil residential neighborhood, this apartment offers convenient access to several renowned bars such as Charles, El Rocco, the Bun, and more, all within walking distance. Additionally, you'll find a variety of restaurants nearby, including the famous Red Peppers just a few blocks away. Other amenities like gas stations are also easily accessible. The welcoming atmosphere of the Arhaus 2 will make you feel right at home.  
  
Public transportation available and accessible to catch a bus within a minute's walk. Additionally, Uber, Lyft, and local taxis are available. Within five minutes, you can locate one - easy to find the location.  
  
Please don't hesitate to reach out to your host if you have any questions or concerns during your stay. Before your departure, we kindly request that you turn off all lights and ensure that all dishes you have used are cleaned. It would be greatly appreciated if you could avoid leaving any leftover food on plates or in the refrigerator; please dispose of it in the garbage.  
  
Regarding the bedsheets and used towels, we kindly ask you to remove only the bedsheets and place them along with the dirty towels in the provided trash bag located under the kitchen counter.
