"The is our 2nd visit to Djerba and this hotel which a lovely small hotel with great atmosphere provided by the staff who are always friendly and smiling. Most of the staff can speak in multiple languages which makes things convenient. Great location right on the beach and near the best stretches of beach. Breakfast is ok as they don't rotate the buffet selection but there is a omelette station which helps. The hotel was quiet at times we were the only guests at dinner which we didn't mind. "

"Good value for money. The place offers good amenities and activities with a beautiful beach. We didn’t use the pool as we prefer the beach but it has 2 nice pools. Some part of the hotel needs a bit of refreshing (stains from leakage, some toilet issues…) but overall it was a good experience "

"Vi havde virkelig glædet os til at komme til Djerba og nyde de sidste 3 dage vi havde tilbage af vores ferie. Men det blev hurtig ødelagt. For det første var hotellet fyldt med russere, til et punkt hvor medarbejderne talte russisk.. For det andet ligger hotellet ikke der hvor kortet siger. Vi havde valgt hotellet pga af deres lokation, så vi var tættere på andre restauranter og natklubber. Det lå langt væk fra hvor det skulle ligge. Så det var helt klart et kæmpe minus. "Le personnel a l’accueil est désagréable et condescendant. Nous sommes arrivés à 21h on nous a donné une chambre sale avec une chasse d’eau qui ne fonctionne pas et des toilettes qui fuit. Nous étions 4 et nous n’avons que deux draps, quand nous avons demander à changer de chambre on nous a dit que ce n’était pas possible avant lendemain, nous avons donc passé une nuit sans toilette avec deux enfants dont un en situation d’handicap. "I booked this property based on the pictures attached on expedia, once i checked in and enter my room i found the room completely different it is not the same pictures on expedia, i complained at the reception about it and they said all our rooms are the same one you have, i showed them the pictures on expedia and they were surprised and told me that they will check with the owner, but nothing happened. This is a fraud, and don't book this hotel."
