### Charming 1-bedroom apartment with AC, WiFi directly at nice Grand Case Beach

Escape to this apartment in picturesque Grand Case. This 1-bedroom retreat offers a hair dryer, AC, iron, and free WiFi for guests to enjoy.   
The kitchen has everything you need to prepare your meals. If you don't want to cook, Sunset Cafe Restaurant is only a 5 minute beach walk away.  
This villa #8 is on the 2nd floor within the residence Flamboyant Beach Villas. It has partial sea view, 2 balconies, windows with mosquito screens to all 4 directions, so that you have a nice cross breeze, private steps and nobody above you.  
Free parking in the fenced yard with closed remote controlled gate.  
Cleaning 4 x per week, washing service on the place (extra charged).  
Please note, that there will be + 5% tax/fees to be paid cash on the place.  
We speak English, French and German.

Liked: Cleanliness, check-in, communication, location, listing accuracy

We had a wonderful visit in Grand Case with Leonora and Esther as our hosts. The apartment is perfect for 2 people and well-appointed with a full kitchen including dishes, cookware, a coffee pot, and a table just right for 2\. Beach access is just through the gate and secure parking is a big plus. Will definitely book again!
