Alhacaba This magnificent house, recently renovated and furnished, is located in the emblematic Albaicín neighborhood, right on Cuesta de Alhacaba and next to the famous Plaza Larga. Its location offers the charm of a historic district, perfect for enjoying the authentic essence of Granada. Spread over two floors, the property has been designed to offer maximum comfort throughout the year, thanks to its underfloor heating and cooling system, ensuring a pleasant temperature in every room. The ground floor features a spacious living room with a dining area, a fully equipped kitchen with all necessary appliances, and a guest toilet. From the living room, there is access to a lovely terrace with a table and chairs—ideal for relaxing and enjoying the sun. Upstairs, you will find four bedrooms: two with double beds (150x190 cm) and two with single beds (90x190 cm), as well as two full bathrooms. The entire house has been decorated with new furnishings, combining modern style and comfort to create a warm and welcoming atmosphere. Located just steps from Plaza Larga and the Nasrid wall, in the heart of the Albaicín, you’ll be surrounded by traditional bars, shops, and restaurants.
