Spacious, elegant, quiet and recently renovated apartment in the heart of Granada, in the charming neighborhood of 'San Anton'.With an ideal location in the heart of Granada, within walking distance of all points of interest and cultural places in the city. We have a parking space 3 minutes away on foot, at a cost of €12/day.You must bear in mind that it is suitable for medium vehicles.

By virtue of current regulations (LO 4/2015 OF MARCH 30, PROTECTION OF CITIZEN SECURITY) any person over 14 years of age must be registered in an inexcusable manner, the refusal to present said documentation will lead to the direct cancellation of the reservation , without possibility of reimbursement.
Garbage must be deposited in the green containers installed in the streets from 8:00 p.m. to 11:00 p.m. from Monday to Saturday.
Guests are requested to make a responsible and sustainable consumption of the facilities, respecting the neighborhood and the neighborhood. The celebration of parties and similar gatherings is totally prohibited.
