There was a booking problem because of the General Transportation Strike, but the hotel got that cleared up with the booker. LOCATION: Right on the 3 or 33 bus line from the Central Bus Station BREAKFAST: We didn't choose it. TV: Only Spanish channels, but a nice 19" flatscreen. PERSONNEL: Few desk clerks spoke English. LOUD NOISE: Hotel was aware of loud young people in rooms 251 and 253, but did nothing about it. Loud noise til 2:20AM. CLIENTELE: Mostly young Spanish speaking couples who were computer aware. German school groups. EATS: Find the Mercadona Supermarket near the river for great salads and frozen items. MICROWAVE: It's in the breakfast room and is available for you. HOT WATER: Takes forever and a day to come, but it's hot, 24-hours. El hotel por fuera es bonito aunque sus habitaciones son un tanto anticuadas y por ser una zona comercial, de noche hay ruido de la gente que sale de los bares cercanos. Les chambres sont très bruyantes avec un mobilier vieillissant et parfois abîmé. L'ascenseur lui-même ne fonctionnait pas quand nous nous y sommes rendus...
