Directly in front of the entrance door is the master bedroom, featuring a large built-in wardrobe and a 180x200 cm bed. To the left of the hallway is the full bathroom, equipped with a shower. To the right, we access the living room, which features a stylish integrated kitchen, fully equipped to make your stay more enjoyable. The living room includes a fantastic dining area, Smart TV, and a 140x190 cm sofa bed. It opens to a cozy balcony, equipped with a table and two outdoor chairs. The apartment is equipped with air conditioning for both heating and cooling. Additionally, the building has a centralized heating system that operates from 18:00 to 22:00 hours, and there is an easily accessible elevator, which can be accessed via a small staircase equipped with a stairlift to ensure comfort for guests with reduced mobility, guaranteeing easy access for all guests.
