La situación es fantástica porque está justo al lado del paseo del Darro con lo qué estás en pleno centro turístico, pero al tiempo es tranquilo, porque es una callecita interior y estrecha por donde apenas pasa gente. Tiene un maravilloso patio interior y una terraza en donde por las noches puedes ver unas preciosas vistas de la Alhambra. En cuanto a equipamiento tiene todo lo necesario para unos días, excepto lavadora, pero creo que se puede contratar un servicio de lavandería (aunque no estoy del todo segura de esto ya que no lo hemos necesitado). Nos tocó el apartamento "Rio Genil" que daba al patio interior y a la calle.
