Gongora This impressive four-bedroom and three-bathroom apartment is located on the tenth floor of a stylish building in the heart of Granada, offering a spacious balcony with spectacular views of the city’s skyline, including the Alhambra, the Cathedral, and the Albaicín. It also features private parking in the same building, with direct access to the apartment via elevator. Upon entering, a welcoming hallway leads to a 60 m² living room, divided into three areas: a dining area with a table for 8 people, a lounge with sofas and a 55-inch Smart TV, and a relaxation area. Natural light floods the space through large windows. The balcony, adjacent to the living room, offers unmatched views of Granada’s most iconic landmarks. The kitchen, fully equipped with modern appliances, includes a breakfast bar and a separate laundry room. The apartment is also equipped with air conditioning and central heating, ensuring a comfortable environment throughout the year. The master suite features a 160x200 cm bed, a walk-in closet, and a private bathroom with a spacious wooden shower.
