Mesones III Este precioso dúplex de dos dormitorios y un baño, con terraza privada, se encuentra en un edificio histórico completamente restaurado en pleno centro de Granada. Situado en una ubicación privilegiada, a pocos pasos de los monumentos más relevantes de la ciudad, como la Catedral y la Alhambra, es la opción ideal para disfrutar de Granada. El apartamento dispone de un amplio y luminoso salón con sofá-cama doble de 1,50 cm, Smart TV de 50 pulgadas, mesa auxiliar, sillas y una zona de comedor para cuatro personas. La cocina está totalmente equipada, ideal para estancias cortas o largas, y dispone de lavadora-secadora. Desde los tres balcones del salón, podrás disfrutar de vistas a la Calle Mesones y la Placeta de Santo Cristo. El dormitorio principal, amplio y luminoso, tiene dos balcones que dan a la Calle Mesones y Caldereros, una cama de matrimonio de 1,60 x 2 m y un gran armario empotrado. El cuarto de baño, moderno y con plato de ducha, también cuenta con un balcón que proporciona luz natural y ventilación. The apartment is clean, comfortable and well stocked. The private rooftop terrace is amazing! Carmen personally greeted us upon arrival and explained the air con and other details. As the listing describes there are many stairs up to the apartment and up to the second bedroom but it is all worth it for the location and the fabulous rooftop terrace.
