"Pros: The villa is fully equipped with everything you need for a self catered holiday. We spent a lot of time in the pool which was very clean, the local area (Gran Tarajal) is a beautiful, peaceful & friendly village where you can experience the local culture & escape the usual tourist traps that you may find in other areas on the island. Juani & Miguel are lovely people & fantastic hosts, They really went the extra mile to make sure we had a lovely time. Their son also provided us with a lift...

"I stayed in a newly renovated Privilege Room, which had access to a private lounge and restaurant offering à la carte menus and breakfast options each day. This add-on was a nice touch and provided a quiet place to enjoy meals away from the busy buffet restaurant. I also liked the spa and the range of treatments. However, all the beaches surrounding the hotel (including the hotel beach at Playa Esmeralda) attract nudists. I found this to be very unpleasant."

"Staff were busy but helpful. Clean hotel but a little dated. We had the buffet 1 night and would not recommend the food. Entertainment the night we went was non existent. Pool area was always busy and a sun trap! We went self catering and were happy with the location (4min drive to Caletta de Fuste). "
