The location is out of the main attractions and you need to pay for parking lot 8euros for day, that it s expensive. Same about breakfast 12.50 for a basic continental. The staff was really nice and helpful. It would ne nice to upgrade tv with smart tv.

Very pleased with the hotel as it is in a fab location right in the city heart of Rouen surrounded by the beautiful streets, cafes, bars and shops.
The staff were really friendly and accommodating at all times especially helping with my children and making us feel welcome.
Our room was comfortable and quiet at night with the window shut, although we didn’t open it for the night we stayed.
Definitely recommend and I was fortunate enough to manage a parking space in the underground carpark which was such an added bonus.

Room definitely fit our needs and was very spacious. Unfortunately there was no safe or iron in the room which was disappointing. Food options are also very limited. The staff was nice however and spoke English very well.
