"This was a lovely quiet location which was very relaxing. The property we stayed in was lovely,my only disappointment was the bed was uncomfortable and both pillows were really flat. This however would not put us off staying again,we would just bring along our own pillows,and although the bed wasn’t very comfy,we could cope with this just for one night. "The room was excellent, the staff were friendly and very helpful, the shop was a little expensive but nothing you wouldn't expect from a hotel and the selection of goodies was just right. Breakfast was delicious and the location perfect! Just wish we could have stayed longer! Will definitely be going back! The only thing to mention is to be warned of ridiculous parking costs! Nothing to do with the hotel as car park was managed separately, but we parked for just under 24 hours and it was £53! Highly recommend the Wilde 👍"

"Great, basic place to stay. I have only ever stayed one night. The gardens are lovely and I particularly like that you can walk to the Plough through the fields (and back via road if dark). Also Blue Diamond garden centre 5 min walk away too. Cambridge park and ride 5 mins in other direction. No breakfast available at Hotel any more. Check in at 4.00pm perhaps the only negative."

"Easy to find, plenty of areas to park. Room allocated was large and bright, no lifts so be prepared to carry your bags up 2 flights of stairs. Staff were friendly and helpful. Clearer, up to date information would be useful both for hotel and spa."

"Hotel check-in was quick and easy. Our room was spacious but I did book a superior room. Lots of hotels and pubs always fail to provide hair conditioners, tissues and face washers. Only a handful do that. Don’t understand how they don’t provide them when it’s such a small cost item. Dinner was nice but had to wait a long time, obviously due to short staffed. I definitely would stay there again."
