The villa itself is divided into ground floor with living room, fully equipped kitchen, toilet, billiard room and laundry room and the first floor with another living room, 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms.

The property also has a small separate building with kitchen, bedroom and bathroom.

The youngest guests will certainly enjoy the playground in the garden, where they can let off steam while their parents relax by the pool or on the sun loungers.

There is also a covered area on the terrace for lunch and barbecues, where guests of the villa can prepare delicious delicacies.

On the property itself there are relaxing oases with garden furniture, ideal for a morning coffee or your favourite read.
