Beautiful home in TOP location - PRIVATE HEATED POOL-Last minute XMAS deal!

"Just book it! Absolutely stunning and the property is an adventure all in itself! The caves and trails in the backyard leading down to the water are incredible! The peace, the birds, the breeze- and the VIEW! You feel like you are the only people on the island! The water is stunning and so much to snorkel and explore! We found starfish, shells, crabs and more! Bring your hardbottom water shoes! You will need them everywhere on the island and definitely in the backyard yard to save your feet! The house has EVERYTHING you need including extra bedding and plenty of towels! Lots of cooking wear to make meals easy! Romel the property manger is awesome and super responsive for anything you need during your stay! This place is 10/10 and would highly recommend for anyone looking to come! The location is awesome because you can drive to everything north or south with ease!"
Brand New Beachfront Compound w/Pool on Bank

"We have traveled with large family groups for years. We all loved this house and beach the most. The house is new and well planmed. The main house has double kitchens a huge island with drink refrigerators at each end and tons of dining room inside and out. Each bedroom.has its own large shower, king bed and a view. The two side houses have a small refrigerator and living space. The two bedrooms in each are not connected! This effected our group due to small children. The king beds do not convert to twins, which also can effect sleeping arrangements. The cottage has a kitchen, living space and two king rooms and a laundry. Worked great for us!!! The beach is amazing. You can walk almost a mile in either direction, see sharks, stingrays and small fish. We fished but didn't catch anything. The pool was warm and their were some rafts there to use. The city can loses power and then you have no water, but Howard always was there to switch it to their own cistern. It took the showers awhile to get hot, but they did get hot and have good pressure. This home has a generator and so was never without power or air. Water...precious everywhere. We didn't drink the house water, but there is a water tank in every house that Howard was quick to refill when needed. Did I mention the view? Oh, my, the view! Nothing like sunrise on a turquoise ocean. We loved out time here. Ages 7 to 79. We all want to come back."

"My husband & I just spent 9 days at Bootsies & we haf a wonderful time! The view from the house & deck are amazing & the beach is beautiful. We didn't get to swim as it was very windy when we were here so we spent most of the time at Receivers Beach which was only 5 minutes from the house. We would love to come back one day soon."

"Jethro is a great host. We appreciated all recommendations about local beaches, restaurants and activities. It greatly helped mapped our stay. There are so many great beaches and this island is worth the planning and flights. The snorkels and all beach supplies were great as well."

"Such a beautiful home in a gorgeous location. The home is exactly as pictured but you need to be there for the views. Cannot capture that on any camera. We were 5 people which included 2 couples. Everyone had privacy in their own wing. The house was spotless as well as the grounds. Loved it."

"We were pleased upon our arrival to find that the house was very clean with no sand anywhere. Very unusual for a home on the beach.We enjoyed the wrap around deck that we could access from our bedrooms. The expanded deck area featured an infinity pool and hot tub which was easily accessible both day and night. The house was very spacious and beautifully decorated with ample natural light from sliding glass doors. The house had four bedrooms and four full bathrooms,which is very unusual, allowing each couple to have their own private space. The kitchen was well equipped with a large island and featuring large dinning table. Beautiful private setting."
