There was plenty of space for each group to have chill time. We all enjoyed the game room and large living room on the ground floor and had group dinners, games and movies down there. Easy walk to restaurants and the little grocery store. We all walked to Cosmic Tubing at Ski Bowl East and had a blast. Short drives to Meadows and Timberline (or shuttle) for skiing/snowboarding. Beautiful snowshoe and cross country trails from the Nordic center for us non-downhillers. All 5 units were super clean. Hot tubs too. Super organized throughout and great communication from John. Pros: perfect location and size, best donuts around at Huckleberry Inn, free sledding just up the road, multiple beds in each room, 2 hot tub's at perfect temp, full kitchen in each unit with sufficient amout of dishes, washer and dryer in each unit, large bathrooms, and game room equipped with pool table, ping pong, foosball, TV, and sound system that connects to your devices along with extra tables and chairs. Everything is labeled to as to how to use or what not to do. Cons: couldn't get the keys unlocked for back units so had to walk through front units to get in, microwave in main floor unit didn't heat, hot water didn't work in that kitchen sink either, coffee pots look like they've never been cleaned, dishes in all units not very clean, dishwashers ancient and don't clean well, dryers take 3 cycles to dry, door between 2 &3 unit didn't shut all the way or lock, building not very sound proof - we could hear every little noise, laundry was left in main washer, overall cleanliness not very good, but I guess would depend on who stayed prior. We brought our own bleach wipes and they were brown after we used them. We also had stuff stolen out of one of our vehicles while we were there and the guy came back and tried a second time, but luckily we caught him before he did and he took off, a police report was made with no luck so far. If you're not a clean freak and don't mind hearing those around you this is a great spot. You can't beat the location and size! ##### Tia H. Each unit was well stocked and the game room allowed for great discussions. The units allowed folks to have some space apart and in small groups and the proximity to the town of government camp and all the wonderful hiking trails allowed us all to get outside together highly recommend! ##### Andrea J. He was very accommodating and very prompt in his communication. We had a family reunion with 33 people of all ages and the property worked out very well. It was nice for individual families to have their own space, but still have enough common areas for group meals and games. There was a constant rotation of people using the pool table, ping pong table, and foosball table. We were there during a heat wave, but we were able keep the property cool even though it didn’t have AC. John was very helpful with his explanation of how to keep it cool, and provided multiple box fans to help the process. The location was excellent. We enjoyed the Magic Mile at Timberline, hiking to Mirror Lake, alpine slides at SkiBowl, and lots of time cooling off at Trillium Lake. All in all, we had a great family reunion! It worked well for four families with kids. Each family had plenty of space and privacy while the game room was awesome for all the kids and adults to be together and have fun.
