House on two floors with : ground floor: garage, laundry room (tumble dryer, washing machine, freezer) second floor: fitted and equipped kitchen, dining room opening onto living room (TV box, wifi internet access), wc, bedroom with double bed and en-suite shower room (shower, washbasin). Second floor: three bedrooms: bedroom 1: double bed and dressing room bedroom 2: double bed, dressing room and cot, bedroom 3: two single beds and wardrobe. Bathroom with bathtub, double washbasin and changing table. one toilet. baby chair, play mat, swing set Garden with barbecue and 8-seater garden furniture, swing, outdoor games, ping pong table. Hiking enthusiasts will find the GR 34 nearby, while surfers will find the Baie des Trépassés a 12-minute drive away. Pointe du RAZ is 18 minutes away. The surrounding towns offer a wide range of shops, restaurants and activities: Audierne: 7 minutes, Douarnenez 25 minutes, Locronan 35 minutes, Quimper 45 minutes. You'll have a choice of different beaches (Audierne, Plouhinec, Douarnenez....). A deposit of 300 euros must be paid in cash on arrival. A supplement of 50 euros will be charged for household linen (sheets, comforter covers, etc.). A supplement of 50 euros will be charged for bathroom linen. Dès notre arrivée, ils nous ont accueillis, mon mari, mes 4 enfants et moi, comme si nous faisions partie de leur famille. Leur gentillesse, leur disponibilité et leur sourire ont illuminé chacune de nos journées.La maison était parfaite, pleine de chaleur et de petites attentions qui nous ont vraiment touchés. Le temps a filé beaucoup trop vite, mais nous repartons avec des souvenirs merveilleux gravés dans nos cœurs. Les enfants ont été conquis par la région — et par l’incroyable gentillesse de nos hôtes.Monsieur Yannick et sa femme sont des personnes d’une rare générosité et d’une bienveillance sincère, et nous leur serons éternellement reconnaissants pour ce séjour. Auch an kleine Kinder ist gedacht. Der Kontakt mit Yannik war unkompliziert und freundlich. Unsere Kids haben sich über den großen Garten und die zur Verfügung gestellten Utensilien für den Strand/das Meer sehr gefreut. La maison a de nombreux atouts, de nombreux équipements pour la vie du quotidien, beaucoup de jouets et jeux pour petits et grands, un terrain totalement sécurisé et très très agréable. L’hôte, Yannick est très accueillant, chaleureux et à l’écoute. La maison est située dans une zone sauvage de la Bretagne, proche du GR34 pour les fans de randonnées et proche de plages intimes et magnifiques.
