It has a lovely 30 m² living room, a fitted kitchen, a lovely bedroom, a bathroom and you can enjoy a garden of around 500 m² and a car park. Wifi included, we're waiting for you! The accommodation comprises \- A 30 m² living room with TV and sofa bed. \- A fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, microwave oven, toaster, hob, etc. \- A bedroom with a double bed (140×190) and an en-suite shower room \- A separate WC For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: barbecue, high chair, washing machine, tumble dryer, ironing board and iron. Outside: \- A lovely 500 m² unfenced garden \- A 60 m² terrace with furniture to enjoy the fine weather The house is ideally located in Gouesnach, in very pleasant surroundings. All essential shops, boutiques, restaurants, bars and markets are close by. Activities : \- Hiking trails. \- Beaches nearby Transport : If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the house's private car park.
