The receptionist Alicia was very nice and polite, however I did not enjoy my stay. The hotel is very old and run down. It was noisy and the bed sheets were wet with stains on them. It was so loud and noisy , especially in the morning, as there is construction going on right in front of it. Breakfast was not great and the utensils were dirty. On the second morning we did not have electricity for a while. Luckily we only stayed 2 nights.

"Beautiful hotel at the end of the walking promenade so an easy walk into the historic area. Super friendly and helpful staff. Breakfast served across the road at a sister hotel was excellent. Loved our stay. Berat was the highlight of Albania for us. Nice people, great food, and very beautiful."

"Lovely lady on reception was very helpful and couldn’t do enough for us especially when our transport for an excursion didn’t turn up. She helped us contact them and sorted it out. Very friendly. The rooms were very clean. Had a lovely view of the pool."
