Goshen Holidays from £977

The room was very spacious. We brought our two small dogs and there was enough space for us to set up a playpen for them to stay in while we were out of our room. The property is beautiful and well maintained. The only minor issue was our toilet seat was broken but still useable. If you are traveling with dogs, there's not much in terms of grassy areas nearby. The front desk staff were so kind to our dogs and offered them treats, which was super cute and special. We would love to visit again without our dogs so we could explore the area more!

Clean rooms, and helpful staff

I booked Firehouse Lofts specifically because the listing advertised a hot tub, which was a major factor in my decision. Unfortunately, my original unit did not have one. Several hours later, I was moved to a different unit that was also supposed to have a hot tub, but that unit did not have one either. Additionally, the second unit did not have the large soaking tub that was available in my original unit. The back-and-forth process of packing, unpacking, and moving between units took up a significant amount of my time, and I did not get settled back into my original unit until around 9 PM. This was frustrating and took away from the experience I had planned and paid for. I do appreciate that I received a partial refund, and I’m glad the situation was at least partially addressed. However, the overall experience was disappointing, especially since the advertised amenity was the main reason I chose this property.
