Goshen Theater

The hotel was clean and tidy. We were about worried but it was a great experience. Easy check in and out. Was very happy with the place. There was a phone number you call or text and the response was fast. There was no TV remote in the room and we checked in late. I texted and they came with a remote to the room. Excellent service. That was very nice of them especially almost 10 at night. Thank you again for the service. I will definitely be here again.

This was the most disgusting and disappointing place I have ever stayed, The toilet wasn’t even attached to the floor and would move when sitting. The carpet wasn’t even attached and exposed underlay, the carpet was soaking wet, the room smelled terrible and the bedding smelt like wet dog. If my husband and child hadn’t already been asleep I would have complained that night. When I got up to use the washroom and stepped on wet carpet. I’m pretty sure I need some type of antibiotic after staying here. In the morning when I mentioned to staff they should be ashamed to have even placed anyone in that room, no empathy was given and was simply told the message would be passed onto the owner. Have yet to hear from anyone
