"Shower curtain was filthy, I was bitten over night on my hands overnight, only 2 tea bags in the room, no iron which was fine but no option to borrow one either. Free internet is useless but was warned about that on check in. Phone signal is minimal."

"Waking at 3am is hard enough but to run hot water for 3-4mins & realise no hot is coming is awkward! It really is my only complaint. I chose the hotel because it was close to the airport & also a job I needed to do but that sucked! Given, it did certainly wake me up, but it was not pleasant.
